Do the right thing : Make It Happen
Take my advice

Before we get down to the nitty-gritty dirty little secrets about drinking and driving and getting back on the road after two or more drinking/drugging convictions, we need to have a short talk.

You are probably at this page because you drank or drove. And since denial is merely proof of the existence of a problem, we are here to help with problems most users often probably have sometimes occassionally, like all of us. We are, after all, only human, or at least bipedal primate, and when we feel down sometimes we use means to address our feelings. Sometimes those means are appropriate, sometimes not. Our extensive knowledge, as demonstrated in the information below, indicates that low self esteem is a powerful motivator for failure. Winners don’t fail, do they? What if there were an easy way for you to be a winner? Well, here is the great news. There is a way. It is generally known throughout the world as the Make It Happen Fundation. To solve the problems most people have, most  people, at least the honest, good ones who are able to take accountability for the actions of others and get on with life, Make It Happen.

Did you know that I am becoming an expert on drinking/driving license restorations? Well, neither did I, but it is true. Therefore, you should not take any of the following as professional opinions or advice, but ...

1. When you get stopped by a policeman who asks you to step out of the car, you can simply say that you would prefer not to. Here’s the deal - he  wants you out so he can say you stumbled or some such to get probable cause to believe you are drunk so he can administer a PBT. Don’t give him assistance. Tell him you can’t, or that you would prefer not. Be gentle but firm, as my mom used to say about putting.

2. If you attend AA and then stop, the Hearing Officers from the SOS will ‘punish’ you for quitting. Thus, IMHO it is best to never start AA, because then you can’t get punished for not being fully steeped in the principles of the program, or some such. Search the “net” for rational recovery for one possible solution.
