Renter of sailboat (about 110’ of boat) who was sued because Lake Michigan got rough and some fumes of gas were smellable.

A kid who was brought over from India as an exchange student but then was put into involuntary servitute at the hands of his captors and/or sponsors (and with whom THR had had at least several brushes, including THR’s VW dealer client at whom Captors threw keys of 3 year old car shouting “We hereby revoke acceptance”).

Enough Adventists in divorces that I finally began to ask “Are you an Adventist” because I had come to the point where I would not represent an Adventist because the case was going to be trouble or a problem of some sort or another.
