Mine.

I had surgery where they split you down the breastplate with a circular say, and they look like this:

So, they took out about 1/3 of each lung. Exactly 1 week to the day from admit to discharge. Wow.

That was in 2007. Now my body hurts a bit, but I don’t complain or get mad. But dealing with it takes up a lot of my time now it seems.

Apparently lots of apes and chimps and elephants are really traumatized when removed from their mothers. Me too, probably.
