Helen married Bob McKloskey and they had some kids. Don was the oldest, and he decided to become a she, then wrote a book to try to show how it was some rational decision; Laura is at Wayne State University (which, btw is where Maggie got her law degree). John is somewhere doing something, having been declared by his siblings as too smart to work/go to school/achieve.
