On this page, the most recent is the lowest. That way I am hoping I can get people to read more.
02-23-10:
Dems are quitting, announcing gridlock and deadlock are making nothing possible. Barak Starr should forget about letting the Nerd from Nevada run and explain things. Starr should himself do that, and he should point out who is being uncooperative. Sen. McCain, from Arizona, and John Whatshisnamewithagreatradiovoice were on Arizona Public Radio saying that the moneys that had been given out by the taxpayers had not given anyone anything of meaningful value.
02-16-10 :
OK. To start out with, Barack has to take control, meaning he has to be out there speaking all over with media coverage. He should go into Congress as often as he can, and call out specific Republicans and suggest or flat out say they are obstructing his objectives. He should be saying that if people want more of the same, to vote Republican, because we now have what is going to be 2 years with basically jack sh*t done on much of anything. Hell, Barack is reminding me of Bush.
So, the message should be this:
If you want anything to get done, vote Democratic. Get people into office who will let something get done. If Dems have less than this 60 votes in the Senate thing, then they need more Dems, not less. A vote for Republicans is a vote to block Barack. It isn’t taxes - they haven’t really changed, but man oh man it will be money and it will start early. People are dissatisfied because nothing has been done. Nothing has been done because the Republicans say they will yack on and on and on and filibuster and really let people see them not getting anything done but the successful blocking of something getting done. Let’s face it - this isn’t rocket science. We will undoubtedly leave that for the French or Euronesians or whatever they are this decade. This is selling a message - the message is this “Vote and vote democratic” “Vote Republican for more of the same”
