He is afraid to let civil courts deal with ‘terrorists’ who commit crimes. Tries to move courts. Tries to close Gitmo but keep it open. He seems to have lost focus and attention, probably because he has to spread his attention over too many things. That is the real problem with today’s news travelling in 2 minutes world-wide.
